84. Notices shall be served by the Managers on all Members within the time specified.

85. The name and address of the Member shall be expressly stated in the notice to ensure that the Member can duly receive the notice in time.

86. The Form of Proxy in the Schedule 1 annexed hereto is a part of the Bye-Laws and shall be used subject to such variations or alterations to meet the circumstances of particular cases as may be necessary.
