IX.  Audit


93. The Board shall appoint an independent auditing firm as an auditor to examine the accounts of the Association. Any Director of the Board or officer of the Managers shall not act as the auditor.


94. The auditor shall deliver a written report to the General Meeting of    Members on accounts examined by him in every year.


95.  The auditor shall be entitled to be furnished by the Managers all books, accounts and vouchers of the Association and shall also be entitled to acquire from the Board such information and explanation as may be necessary for the performance of his duties.


96.  The auditor shall be entitled to attend any General Meeting of Members at which any accounts which have been examined or reported on by him are to be laid, and to make any statements or explanations he may desire with respect to the accounts. The notice of every such General Meeting of Members shall be given to the auditor in the manner prescribed for Members.
