XII. Alteration of Bye-Laws
102. The Bye-Laws shall be altered, amended by the Board and confirmed in a vote at a General Meeting of Members.
103. The Bye-laws so altered, amended pursuant to the provision of Bye-Law 102 above shall be delivered to the Department of Registration and Administration for Societies of the People’s Republic of China for its approval and shall come into force therefrom.
