X. Notices
97. Notices or other relevant document shall be served by the Managers on the Members which are entitled to receive the notice and the documents under the provisions of Bye-Law 41 within the time specified by the Bye-Laws and the Rules.
98. Unless otherwise prescribed in the laws, the Bye-Laws or the Rules, a notice or other documents may be served by the Managers on any Member either by sending it by courier or through the post in a prepaid letter or by sending it by telegram, cable, radio telegraph, facsimile transmission (fax) or electronic communication, addressed to such Member:
(1) at the address which shall have been expressly furnished by him to the Managers (including, for electronic communication, any address furnished for that purpose); or
(2) if no such address shall have been furnished, at his address as appearing in the Register of Members.
99. Any notice or other document if sent by courier or by post shall be deemed to have been served on the day following the day on which it was handed to the courier or put into the post, and if sent by telegram, cable, radio telegraph, facsimile transmission (fax) or electronic communication shall be deemed to have been served on the day on which it was transmitted.
100. The Member shall not send any electronic communication (including any instruments of the Forms of Proxy and Form of Authorization of Director) which is found or suspected to contain a computer virus or to be otherwise contaminated or which can not be verified by the procedure applied by the Managers.
