Based on the Rules of China Shipowners Mutual Assurance Association 1984, these Bye-Laws were first agreed in a vote at the 9th General Meeting of Members held on 25 April 1993, and amended thereafter at annual General Meetings of Members held on:

21  April  1995

10  May  1999

27 May  2005

  29  June  2006.

 

and come into force with the approval of the Department of Registration and Administration for Societies of the People’s Republic of China.
