China Shipowners Mutual Assurance Association

Based on the former Implementing Rules of China Shipowners Mutual Assurance Association, the Bye-Laws were first agreed in a vote by the Members at the 9th General Meeting of Members, and amended thereafter at the 10th General Meeting of Members, and further altered and agreed at the 15th General Meeting of Members. Having been duly approved by the Registry of Societies, the Bye-Laws came into force as from the date of 29th December 1999.
